### Minimum orders by customization scope

Logo or startup-logo customization starts at 10 units. Custom cartons start at 100 pieces. New product development starts at 300 units.

### Samples, development and production

In-stock samples are typically dispatched within 7 days. New development time depends on the extent of customization. Production is typically around 30–45 days after all customization requirements are finalized. Confirm stock, the development scope and the order schedule with our team; dispatch time is not the same as delivery time.

### Brand an existing model from 10 units

Logo or startup-logo customization starts at 10 units. A logo on the housing or the startup screen is in that scope where the selected model supports it. Startup-screen work applies to compatible models. Color, accessories, packaging and the manual can be customized within the options that platform supports.

### Keep cartons and new development separate

Custom cartons start at 100 pieces. Unused cartons can be stored for your next order. New product development starts at 300 units. A molded logo or new accessory geometry needs its own development assessment. It is outside the 10-unit logo minimum.

### Name the destination voltage

Where a model lists them, 100–120 V and 220–240 V are separate versions at 50/60 Hz. Each unit supports one range. Name the destination market so the quotation and the rating label match that version.

For our projects, OEM means manufacturing to your drawings and design requirements for a fully customized product. ODM starts from an existing design that can be adapted in appearance, packaging or selected parameters and sold under your brand, with less development cost and a shorter route to market.
