Send a one-line enquiry and you get a price list back. To get a quote you can compare and act on, we need at least the model, the order quantity and, if you want customization, the list of changes.

Add the voltage, destination and trade term and the quote stops being an estimate.

The brief, line by line

A short list is enough. Leave a line blank if you don't know yet, and we will ask.

  • Model: KC1-B, KC1-D, KC5, KC7, KC8 or KC9. For KC9, say 2 L or 3 L.
  • Quantity: the first order and, if you have a view, the reorder. Logo customization starts at 10 units, custom cartons at 100 pieces, new development at 300 units.
  • Voltage and plug: 100–120 V or 220–240 V, and the plug your market uses.
  • Changes: logo, color, accessories, packaging and manual can all be customized. List each one; “private label” on its own is not a specification.
  • Destination country and documents: certificates and test reports are model-specific, so we check what covers your model before quoting.
  • Trade term and named place or port: specify these separately for the sample and bulk order.
  • Packaging and manual language.

Specify interface, recipes and phone-app requirements separately

Use this part of the brief when your selected model has a smart screen. Interface, language and recipe customization depends on the model and agreed scope; KC1-D and KC8 have standalone LCD controls without the smart operating system.

Ask which requirements the existing platform supports, which need development, and how each is priced and approved with the sample. A screen-branding request does not define a phone-app project or its minimum order.

  • Appliance screen: name the model, interface languages, branding and screen changes required for your market.
  • Recipes: provide example dishes, languages, ingredients, steps and portions, and identify which recipe content you will supply.
  • Phone app: describe the actions you want customers to perform and the expected connected or offline behavior, so feasibility and development scope can be assessed.

Samples before the order

Samples of models currently in stock can be bought; ask which ones are available. In-stock samples ship within 7 days.

Give us the sample model and the delivery address, and we will quote the sample and the freight together.

Trade terms: agree sample and bulk delivery separately

Samples can ship EXW, FCA, FOB, DAP or DDP, so a sample delivered duty paid to your office is possible. Bulk orders are quoted EXW, FCA or FOB.

On a bulk order, the main freight leg, insurance and import clearance are therefore yours. Get your forwarder's quote from the named place before comparing suppliers on unit price.

A complete brief gets a complete quote in one round, instead of a string of follow-up questions while your launch date gets closer.
