How do the KC9 2 L and 3 L versions differ?
KC9 offers separate 2 L and 3 L configurations with the same dimensions, functions and accessory options. The 2 L version generally costs less.
Which KC9 functions need an internet connection?
Scheduling, recipe downloads and phone connectivity require an internet connection. Other core functions can be used offline.
What accessories do I need for slicing and shredding, and are they standard?
Slicing and shredding require the leafless knife, support pillar, feed tube lid, food pusher and a slicing or shredding disc. This set is optional and is not included with the standard accessories.
Can the base unit be immersed in water or put in a dishwasher?
Do not put the base unit in a dishwasher or immerse it in water. Removable parts can be cleaned separately; check the manual for each part before using a dishwasher and follow its temperature and detergent instructions.
